In practice, we constantly examine posture to assess problems and observe improvements in spinal and nervous system function! Ideal posture should be upright and balanced with smooth curves throughout the spine that make this position EFFORTLESS! The biggest tell tale sign that your body is not in an ideal posture is that it requires work to hold this position. Let’s face it the old tale from Mum or Dad to ‘stand up straight & pull your shoulders back’ simply doesn’t work!
