When is comes to sitting, few of us know what we are doing. Right? We take a good guess from the little bits of information we have absorbed here and there. However, few translate this into an effective and comfortable sitting position. It is easily evident whether your current position is working for your body. Remember this is true for any sitting position the car, work desk, dinning table, couch, etc.

Do you sit comfortably for long periods, completely tension/pain free with focus and energy?

Do you progressively become more and more uncomfortable with tension binding your low back/neck, fidgeting constantly, impossible to find a comfy spot, worsening brain fog and fatigue.
