Jayme Sidney

Having grown up here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, I have always loved the outdoors, staying active and living a healthy lifestyle.

With my passion of health and well-being it has led me to study a Bachelor of Health Science with the goal of bridging into Chiropractic in the near future. 

Alongside my studies and working here at wave, I also work in the landscapes and construction industry. The hands on and physically demanding work has given me a real appreciation for how important it is to take care of your body. 

Since starting my role as a CA, I’ve had the opportunity to witness the positive changes that consistent care can bring to people’s lives and how nurturing the body and implementing small daily habits can make a big difference in how we feel and function. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that process. 

I feel extremely grateful to be apart of the wave team and look forward to getting to know you and especially making sure you feel comfortable and cared for during your health and healing journey!
