Breath, soak up the sun, meditate or just be in the moment. These are wonderful things that guide our energy into a calm and steady pace. Holding this space through the silly season is huge!
2. SELF CARE
The routine of our self care processes can go out the window when we are on holidays especially through the silly season. Keep these healthy habits in effect during this period so your body continues to fire on all cylinders. This means healthy eating, sunlight, filtered water, thinking well, getting adjusted & sharing ‘the love’!
3. TAKE A BREAK
I’m talking about digestion! We can eat, eat then eat some more. Tune into your body to be guided by what your body actually needs. This may highlight the need for a digestive break so your system can catch-up and function at its best.
4. CONNECT
Connect with family, friends & loved ones! In the silliness of being here, there and everywhere we can forget to connect with those right next to us. Sometimes doing nothing and just simply being with one another is greatest gift we can share with our loved ones!
5. LOOK AHEAD
It’s a lovely time to reflect on your journey through life this past year & look ahead to what you would like to manifest & create in 2020. What you think about, you bring about!
